1. Get the anger and frustrations our in a healthy way: work out, use a punching bag, run, do yoga; get active.
2. Turn it into a learning experience: you can’t change the past but you can use it as a lesson. What are three things you learned from your relationship?
3. Accept where you are right now: be aware of what your feeling. Don’t push it away, don’t shut it off, and don’t suppress it. Acceptance through meditation is one of the best ways to love all aspects of your situation.
4. Acknowledge the good: Just as there was a significant enough reason to end your relationship, there had to be positive reasons that kept you in it.
